Subscriber Telephone - Voice Messaging access (TUI)

  • TUI emulation - Octel Aria
  • Personal greetings, password and setting access
  • Detail envelope with Caller ID, time of call and length of message

Subscriber Single Number & Mobile Support - Personal Assistant via MyAdomo

  • Reach Me: for personalized call routing (Find Me, Follow Me)
  • Personalize and prioritize handling based on time of day, day of week and/or contact
  • Notify Me: message notifications: SMS, Paging or Outcalling
  • SMS message notification, including Caller ID & name
  • Voice message delivered as email message to email-enabled mobile devices
  • Voice message playback without dial-in on devices with .wav support (e.g. BlackBerry 8100, Treo and others)

Outside Caller Interface - Auto Attendant, Caller Applications & Information Mailboxes

  • Caller features: skip greeting, message review, erase & re-record, priority and private

Management Administration & Reporting
