What is Adomo Mobile Unified Communications?
Adomo Mobile Unified Communications is a next-generation voice application that unified communications functionality for all users enterprise-wide, independent of the PBX or IP-PBX. It gives users a single inbox - voice messages are now just another message type in their email inbox. It also collapses your two separate messaging infrastructures into one, saving costs.

What is the need for Adomo?
  •  As you upgrade your old telephony infrastructure for VoIP, you need voice messaging that works with both your existing PBXs and your new VoIP systems in order to smooth your migration. Adomo gives your users to stable voice messaging functionality while you roll in new IP-PBXs over time, on your own schedule.

  •  The VoIP market is still evolving, and you want to deploy voice messaging that gives you complete freedom to buy the IP-PBX that best meets your needs at any time in the future. Adomo is PBX-agnostic, meaning it will integrate with your existing PBX systems while you migrate to VoIP and IP-PBX systems.

  •  You want a single inbox for your users, but you don't want to take on new IT overhead or add risk to your email system. The Adomo architecture provides unified messaging within your existing email infrastructure, utilizing your current user directory schema and data backup schedule.

What are the benefits?
Adomo provides many user benefits, including:
  •  Increase efficiency with transparent access to voicemail while checking email
  •  Boost responsiveness by allowing users to prioritize their voicemail messages just as with email
  •  Allow users to be more mobile with access to voice messages from any Exchange-compatible device
  •  Open communication borders with seamless networking with any email user
Infrastructure benefits of Adomo Unified Messaging encompass:
  •  Smooth your migration to VoIP - (I)PBX-independent
  •   Save costs with a single messaging infrastructure
  •  Reduce the number of systems, applications, and integrations you need for voice messaging
  •  Reduce the need for on-site maintenance at office locations
How many users does the product support?
Each Adomo appliance can provide up to 24 sessions ("ports") of capacity. This translates to 1200 to 2400 users per appliance depending on usage patterns. Since all user data is in Microsoft Active Directory and all messages are stored in Microsoft Exchange, there is no upper limit to the number of users. You simply add appliances when you want to add session capacity. Any number of appliances can be "stacked" into a system.

How do you support the product?
