Adomo Named Entrepreneurial Company of 2005

New Generation of Voice and Unified Messaging Praised for Ease of Management, Speed of Deployment and Lowest Total Cost of Ownership

Frost & Sullivan Cites Adomo for Single Infrastructure for Enterprise-wide Messaging, Poised for Accelerated Growth of Voice and Unified Messaging Markets

Cupertino, CA — November 7, 2005 Adomo Inc., provider of a new generation of multi-vendor and technology-independent voice and unified messaging solutions for the enterprise, announces that Frost & Sullivan has named Adomo the recipient of the 2005 Entrepreneurial Company Award. The Frost & Sullivan analysis is based on more than 400 hours of primary research with top manufacturers and end-users. The Award recognizes Adomo for its strategy for growth against established players, as well as for the value of the Adomo product based on end-user evaluations. As companies move to replace existing messaging systems, either due to end of life or as a step towards migration to IP telephony, Frost & Sullivan believes Adomo has significant market potential and a high probability of reaching its potential in the next 2-5 years. The Award is presented each year to the young company that has demonstrated superior entrepreneurial ability in its industry. Adomo's Award is featured in Frost & Sullivan's recent analysis, North American Enterprise Voice And Unified Messaging Platform Markets.

"Adomo's appliance-based Exchange-oriented architecture promises to be one of the easiest-to-manage and fastest-to-deploy means for enterprises to achieve best-in-class messaging capability, all while resulting in a significant savings in total cost of ownership," said Frost & Sullivan research analyst Krithi Rao. "Enterprises stand to benefit from faster and greater ROI as they are provided with the flexibility to approach voice messaging independent of the telephony infrastructure or its migration roadmap."

"We are thrilled that Frost & Sullivan has identified Adomo as a catalyst for real change in the future of voice messaging and unified communications, " said Adomo CEO Jeff Snider. "This Award recognizes the strategic value of a modern voice messaging architecture, independent of any vendor or PBX technology. Adomo's deep and seamless integration with Microsoft Exchange is truly unique, and delivers voicemail and future voice features as integrated services delivered enterprise-wide, minimizing risk and reducing costs."

The analysis describes Adomo's product as a new generation of enterprise voice and unified messaging that tightly integrates with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory. Adomo's Voice Messaging is an enterprise-wide solution managed centrally through Active Directory that uses the IP network for message transport, serving any Microsoft Exchange compatible device or client. The research emphasizes the considerable value Adomo brings to Exchange administrators, who are able to deploy voice messaging within Exchange with absolutely no changes at the end-user's desktop, noting that most other messaging solutions require a plug-in to be downloaded at each desktop to provide such capability.

Frost & Sullivan's research notes Adomo's strategy of using administration and management processes already in place for Exchange and Active Directory enables a single messaging architecture for voice and email, and avoids the redundant overhead required by most other voice messaging and unified messaging systems. The analysis acclaims Adomo for reducing administration costs for organizations of 500 or more employees by up to 80%.

Frost & Sullivan believes that with the approach of including voice messaging as an extension of the email infrastructure and specifically focusing on the Microsoft base, Adomo targets the market with a unique twist that is not provided by any other vendor.

Noting that flexibility is critical throughout the ongoing telecom infrastructure upgrade cycle, Frost & Sullivan's research praises Adomo for the freedom it affords enterprises in timing and technology choices. Because Adomo Unified Messaging is completely PBX independent, it is well suited for any company that has multi-vendor PBX environments or wants to replace multi-vendor messaging infrastructure.
