John Arrillaga, Jr., Executive Chairman

John Arrillaga, Jr. is a founder of Arrillaga Capital Management LLC, and is a seasoned investor in real estate and both public and private companies. John is a graduate from Stanford University and also received his MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.

Cary FitzGerald, Vice President, Engineering and Product Management

Cary FitzGerald brings broad unified communications and enterprise mobility experience to Adomo. Cary spent the last eleven years at Cisco, most recently leading the development of Cisco's service provider voice products. As Chief Architect of the Broadband Subscriber Access Business Unit (BSABU), he was responsible for a number of industry leading products including the BTS 10200 softswitch, the widely deployed PGW 2200 PSTN signaling gateway, and CSCP, Cisco's emerging IMS product. Previously, Cary led an architecture team responsible for all of Cisco's voice products. He was principal designer and development lead for Cisco's IOS Voice Gateway team and shipped the first commercially available VoIP router in 1997 winning numerous industry awards and contributing to IETF and ITU standards for VoIP. Earlier in his career, he was a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) at Bell Labs where, among many projects, he was an architect and developer for AT&T's voice mail/voice response system. Cary has a BS degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Purdue University.

Fred Runco, Acting Vice President, Operations and Finance

Fred Runco brings over 35 years of financial leadership experience in both the public and private sector. Most recently, Fred served as Chief Financial Officer of Network Physics Incorporated, a venture backed data and voice performance company (acquired by OPNET). During his tenure at Network Physics, Fred was instrumental in moving the company from a direct to channel sales model, raising several rounds of equity and debt financing and the acquisition by OPNET. Prior to Network Physics, Fred served as Chief Financial Officer of 3ware Inc., a venture backed storage company, (acquired by Applied Micro Circuits Corp). At 3ware, Fred was instrumental in raising $40 million of equity financing, restructuring of the company and the acquisition by AMCC. In addition, Fred has held various senior financial management roles at CIDCO Inc, Litton Industries, and Verbatim. Fred received his MBA, (emphasis in finance) from Santa Clara University and a BS in engineering from Ohio University.
